Renewals

Renewal payments can be refunded within 14 days of the renewal date if you haven't used the paid features since renewing.

How to request

Email support@besends.com from your account email, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, to your original payment method.
