What we collect

Account data: your email address and a hashed password. Service data: the hosts, credentials, snippets and settings you save. Saved passwords and private keys are encrypted with a key derived from your password. Logs: sign-in events, IP addresses and audit logs used for security.

Payments

Payments are handled by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. We never see or store your card details; we receive your billing email, country and subscription status from Paddle.

Email

We send transactional emails (verification codes, receipts, billing notices) through our own BeSends service. We do not send marketing email without your consent.

How we use data

Only to provide, secure and bill for the Service. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Retention and deletion

You can export your data or delete your account at any time from your profile. Deleting your account removes your hosts, credentials and settings. Billing records are kept as required by law.

Security

Data is transmitted over TLS and stored encrypted. Access to production systems is restricted.
