How is Portvault different from Termius?
Portvault runs entirely in your browser — there's no app to install on each device and nothing to sync. It also bundles RDP/VNC, SFTP, tunnels, Docker and server metrics that other tools sell separately, at a lower price.
Where do my SSH connections come from?
Connections are made from Portvault's servers. If your servers restrict SSH by IP address, allow Portvault's server IP — email support and we'll send it to you.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Profile → Plan & billing; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, then return to Free. Your hosts are never deleted.
Who processes payments?
Paddle.com is our reseller and Merchant of Record. They handle checkout, invoices, taxes and refunds, and accept cards and PayPal.
